Aleem Shah Khilji is the Founder and Chairman of the University of Spoken English and Computer Sciences (USECS), one of Pakistan’s top institutions for applied education and digital skills development. Since 2006, his visionary leadership has focused on empowering youth in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Central Asia through communication skills training, digital literacy, academic excellence, and professional development programs.

FOUNDATION OF USECS

Founded in 2006 by visionary educator Aleem Shah Khilji, the University of Spoken English and Computer Sciences (USECS) began with just 20 wooden chairs and a single classroom. Today, it operates three major campuses in Islamabad and Peshawar, empowering thousands of students across the region.
